($2000) No Use of the Kitchen or Service Staff
Includes: Tables, Chairs, Set-Up, Break-Down, Linens, Glassware, Bartender, Manager
(NO FOOD ALLOWED) (Example- Ceremonies, Lectures, Meetings etc.)

OUTSIDE CATERING PACKAGE II

($3000) (75-150 Ppl) (150-350 ppl add $1000)
Includes: Flatware, Plates, Tables, Chairs, Set-Up, Break-Down, Linens, Glassware, Bartender, Manager, Service Staff, Dishwashing Services Kitchen Use: May use warmers as well as cold storage for the day of event. May not do food preparation or receive vendor deliveries. Kitchen staff not included.

OUTSIDE CATERING PACKAGE III

($5000) Includes all of Package II as well as full use of kitchen equipment, i.e. cold storage, warm storage, stove, ovens, prep areas.

All outside catering events are subject to $1.00 cake cutting fee, plus tax and service charge per person. Unlimited Ice tea and coffee station is available for $100.00 plus tax and service charge. Outside Caterers must be licensed and insured. The event must be covered by their insurance. Proof of this will be required, as well as a signed waiver. Savoy Opera House retains full control of bar and alcohol sales for ALL events. No outside alcohol or bartenders are allowed. All bar profits go to the Savoy Opera House.
